New Head of American Gaming Association
Together with the new image that gambling in the US is trying to portray, a new Head of the American Gaming Association has been appointed. Geoff Freeman comes from the travel industry where he has extensive experience in hospitality and travel, an area that is very important to the American Gaming Association. The new 38 year old President and CEO will take over in July and although he will be based in Washington he intends to travel around the country visiting all the existing casino sites and all of the potential new areas for gaming. Geoff Freeman firmly believes that gambling and gaming in the US is not just about the games but it should be a whole package offering hospitality, lodging in the form or luxury and comfortable hotel rooms, good food and entertainment. His proven experience in the travel industry is a definite bonus and will provide a new broader outlook for the Association.
